The critical factor that put him head and shoulders above the other 2 quotes was that he explained benefits and drawbacks of conventional and combi systems, in the context of our growing family and the impending loft conversion. “We would both like to say how happy we are over the installation of our new heating system. We replied to your advert in the Derby Evening Telegraph from which you promptly responded and made your visit to our property.
The way you explained the materials needed and why was made very clear to us and the way you helped us apply for the boiler scrappage deal was made very easy. We both appreciated the explanation of the quote.
This was then followed by a further visit by yourself and your engineer Andrew Kernaghan, this time the plan of attack was explained to us and we became more comfortable by the forthcoming installation.
Andrew arrived 8.10 prompt on the Monday morning as promised and soon set about covering all our carpets before installing the new tank in the airing cupboard and by the end of the day he was starting to install the new boiler.
Tuesday morning 8.15 prompt both Andrew and Zak the electrician were on site and soon got to work. By the middle of the afternoon the boiler was running but some work was still left for the following day.
Wednesday Andrew came installed the new radiators in bathroom and conservatory. He then proceeded to clear every bit of waste which could have not been better.
In all from yourself to Andrew and Zak this whole installation could not have been better, Andrew’s workmanship was second to none and everything you promised on the quotation was done.
